I arrived in Waynesville for our winter hiatus a few weeks ago after having cataract surgery in Wisconsin. The first set of lenses in my new glasses were not quite right. My Wisconsin eye clinic ordered new lenses and would ship them to my NC home. I stopped at Mountain Eye yesterday after one of my neighbors recommended them. I walked in the door, explained my situation to Ian in the Optical department and less than 15 minutes later I walked out the door with my new lenses in place; NO CHARGE! Thank you, Ian, for the fantastic service. Mountain Eye Assoc. has certainly gained a new customer.
